Last week we received a motion to dismiss our law suit and an order to attend a hearing to present oral arguments on April 25, 2014 (please read the attached file for more information on that).
 
I find it painfully ironic that even as we sue the state and the governor for delaying the SGEIS, our suit is being delayed and motioned for outright dismissal. Such actions show how little respect landowners  have in Albany and brings to mind British politician William Gladstone’s legal maxim “Justice Delayed Is Justice Denied”.
 
You can rest assured that we’ll keep fighting to win the justice we all seek.
 
I’ll be sure to keep you updated as events unfold. Thank you one again for your generous donations that allowed us to reach the point we’re at now. We couldn’t have done it if we had not stood united as we do.
